When you make a purchase, we collect the basic information necessary to process your order: name, shipping address, email, and phone number. Your payment information is processed securely and encrypted through trusted gateways; we never have access to your credit card numbers.

We process your data on the following legal bases: performance of the purchase contract (order processing and delivery), your consent (marketing communications and non-essential cookies), compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and our legitimate interest (fraud prevention and payment security).

We keep order and billing data for as long as required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally up to 6 years). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe. Data related to disputes or claims is kept until the matter is closed and legal limitation periods expire.

We only share your shipping data with our logistics partner and the corresponding transport agencies for the sole purpose of delivering your order to your door. We will never sell your data to third parties or use it to send you advertising without your explicit prior consent.

To operate our store we rely on trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Shopify (e-commerce platform and payment processing), Klaviyo (email communications, only with your consent), and our logistics partner and its transport agencies (order delivery). Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area; in those cases, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
