TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated from Barcelona, Spain, by NAUT. By purchasing from our store, you accept the following terms, designed to guarantee a clear, transparent, and efficient service.

Our prices and inventory are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there has been a technical error regarding the price or stock on the website, always notifying you immediately and processing a full refund.

We work with a high-performance external logistics center and leading transport agencies. Once a package leaves our facilities, transit times are estimates: we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates in the event of delays caused by carriers, customs holds, or force majeure.
That said, we want you to debut your gear as much as you do. If your package is lost in transit, we'll handle the investigation with the carrier and, once the loss is confirmed, reship your order or refund you in full — you won't be left stranded. For any issue or unusual delay, write to logistics@nautrunning.com and we'll get on it.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved under this jurisdiction.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise it, notify us with an unequivocal statement at returns@nautrunning.com or through our returns portal. You may use the model form below, though it is not mandatory. You then have 14 additional days to ship the goods back; the direct cost of returning them is borne by you.

We will refund all payments received, including the standard shipping cost of the original order, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having shipped them, using the same payment method as the original transaction. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Model withdrawal form: "To Naut (returns@nautrunning.com): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: / Address: / Date:"

Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined with each other, apply only to orders placed during their validity period, and are not applicable retroactively to previous orders. Unless otherwise stated, they are limited to one use per customer. We reserve the right to cancel orders that make use of codes generated or distributed through technical errors, or of any fraudulent use of promotions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order showing signs of fraud, identity theft, or misuse of payment methods, always notifying the customer and refunding any amount charged. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we will provide the payment processor with the carrier's proof of delivery and all relevant order documentation. Chargebacks determined to be fraudulent may result in the refusal of future orders.
