WARRANTY

Naut warrants its garments against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of delivery, or for any longer period required by the applicable law of your country of residence.

Covered issues include, among others: seams or stitching that fail under normal use, bonded or heat-taped construction that separates, defective zippers, closures or hardware, fabric that frays without external cause, abnormal fading after washing according to the care label, and cutting or assembly defects.

This warranty does not cover deterioration caused by use, time, or external forces, including:

- Normal wear: gradual loss of color, elasticity or hand feel from repeated use and washing.
- Snags, cuts, tears or punctures from contact with vegetation, rock, terrain or equipment.
- Localized pilling or abrasion from repeated friction with backpacks, hydration vests, race belts, poles, bibs or harder fabrics or surfaces.
- Damage from washing or drying against the care label: tumble drying, fabric softener, bleach, solvents, direct ironing or dry cleaning.
- Alterations caused by sunscreen, insect repellent, chlorine, salt water, oils or creams.
- Garments modified, repaired, dyed or customized outside Naut.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or use other than the garment's intended purpose.
- Cosmetic marks that do not affect the function of the garment.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and to products bought at nautrunning.com. Your order number serves as proof of purchase.

Use the Register a Return form in the Customer Service menu, including your order number, the product reference and size, a description of the issue, and photos of the full garment and the affected area in natural light. Do not ship anything back without confirmation from our team.

If your claim is approved, we will replace the garment with the same product or, if it is no longer available, a comparable one — or refund the purchase price. All shipping costs of an approved warranty claim are covered by Naut.

This commercial warranty is offered by Naut, Carrer de Floridablanca 68, 08015 Barcelona, Spain. It is in addition to — and does not limit or replace — your legal rights as a consumer, which apply free of charge against the seller. In Spain, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If you reside elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply where more favorable.
