Order Processing

Orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM (CET), Monday to Friday, are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Spain (Mainland) & Portugal (Mainland): 24–48 hours
Balearic Islands: 48–72 hours
Canary Islands: 5–10 business days
Europe (including the United Kingdom & Switzerland): 3–5 business days
Rest of the World: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs clearance in some countries.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. You'll always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through our international carrier network.

In addition to all European countries, we deliver to destinations including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Australia, Japan, China, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, and many more.

If your country is available at checkout, we can ship directly to your address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs policies depend on your destination:

• European Union: No customs duties or additional import charges apply.
• United Kingdom, Switzerland and all other non-EU countries: Orders are shipped under the DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterm. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
• Canary Islands: Orders below €150 are generally exempt from customs duties. Orders above this value may be subject to IGIC and DUA charges, payable upon delivery.

Customs duties and taxes are charged by your local customs authorities, not by Naut. Therefore, these amounts cannot be refunded by us. If you need to recover customs charges after returning an order, please contact your local customs office directly.

If a shipment is returned to us because customs duties or import taxes were not paid, the refund will be issued after deducting the return shipping and handling costs.
